It’s December already and I dont know about you, but this time of year reminds me of how quickly time is flying by!
Chrismas is pretty much here, there are events for the kids and family every other day, free time doesn’t seem to exist anymore, and you might be finding it harder to get to the gym.
Well I want you to check back here often because I will be sharing FREE new workouts you can do at home whenever you can manage it!
I prefer (and recommend) to do these short, intense workouts when you wake up, especially if your goal inclues losing fat and toning. When you do these workouts on an empty stomach (which you’ll have after sleeping overnight), you’ll be forcing your body to burn bodyfat more efficiently.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Light weights (Don’t have any? Try heavy water bottles, heavy books, anything that weighs 5-10lbs and is easily held)
- Small towel (For the sweat. You’ll need it!)
- Timer or Clock
