This is one of our family’s favourite breakfast meals. It tastes great, doesn’t sit heavy in the stomach, and is flexible based on what fruits you enjoy best.
It’ll take you 5 min max to throw this together, so it’s perfect for those of us with 101 things to do in the morning! Also, this meal is gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly.

What You Need
- 1 cup (170g) mango, cut into cubes
- 1 cup (148g) blueberries
- juice of half a lime
- 2 cups (400g) cottage cheese, full fat
- 1 oz. (28g) Goji berries
Peel and cut the mango into cubes then place in a bowl. Mix in the lime juice and blueberries.
Portion out the cottage cheese between 4 small bowls then top with the fruit salad and sprinkle with Goji berries. Serve immediately.
