I hope you enjoyed a happy Christmas this week! Between the added stress of the holidays, the crappy food, and the wild temperature changes we’ve experienced, SO many people have been getting sick! Please be careful. Stay healthy and sanitary to minimize the risk of infection.

While most of us will remain in “Holiday Mode” until the new year arrives, it’s still important to MOVE. Just stay active enough to maintain the results you’ve fought so hard for!

Follow along with me in this 7-minute workout. If you’re pushing yourself, this will challenge your lower body and encourage toning + caloric burn.

And if you’re looking for an even bigger challenge to make up for all of the bad food, do this twice (back to back)!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Light weights (Don’t have any? Try heavy water bottles, heavy books, anything that weighs 5-10lbs and is easily held)
  • A sturdy chair
  • Small towel (For the sweat. You’ll need it!)
  • Timer or Clock
