Here’s something to think about this week.
I encourage every person I work with to have BIG GOALS. Having big goals gives us the purpose and meaning that we need to live a fulfilling life.
The way to reach your big goal is to put daily quotas and practices in place. These are the little steps that add up to the achievement of your overall goal.
If you want to write a book, the daily quota could be typing a minimum number of words or pages per day. If your goal is to transform your body, you need to plan out what you can do every day to improve your nutrition, exercise, and general health habits.
One of the reasons why I love these short, 7-minute Mighty Mom workouts is that I can workout ANYWHERE. In the video below, you’ll see that I didn’t even need weights! I was on vacation in Cuba and all I needed was a mat and some water bottles to reach my quota for exercise.
Put your own daily practices and quotas in place, and each day you’ll travel closer to the achievement of your BIG GOAL.
Ok let’s get to the workout.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Light weights (Don’t have any? Try heavy water bottles, heavy books, anything that weighs 5-10lbs and is easily held)
- Small towel (For the sweat. You’ll need it!)
- Timer or Clock
Let’s get started!
