Reaching goals isn’t easy.

Reaching dreams? It takes a special kind of crazy to get there.

If your goal is to get fit, then stop playing around. Stop half-assing workouts. Stop making excuses and not carving out some time for yourself. You’ll only ever get to where you need to go by addressing your obstacles directly.

And forget about waiting for the perfect moment, just take action NOW. Our lives will never give us the perfect schedule, a body without injuries or aches, kids that take care of themselves, or supper that magically prepares itself. We need to work with what we’ve got because if we don’t, we’ll lose it.

This week, we’re focusing on strengthening the glutes. Set aside 7-minutes for 3-6 days this week to follow along with my workout video below. Take things nice and slow to stay in control and to feel all of the muscles really work!
