Hi everyone! February is an unusual month for me… On the one hand, this is the month to really begin dialing in the fat-burning efforts (if your goals include shedding bodyfat by spring/summer). On the other hand, this month includes a sometimes-sweet-sometimes-awkward holiday, Valentine’s Day.
So this is how I’m going to approach this February; it will be a month of self-love & self-care. I will, of course, be spreading my love to my family, friends, and clients, but I will make sure to give myself time for ME! That means reassessing what my personal goals are, refocusing on making progress, and taking the time to do things I really enjoy.
I encourage you to do the same. If you love yourself AND keep your spring/summer goals in focus, you’ll get a lot of satisfaction in the progress you make over the next few months.

- Light weights (Don’t have any? Try heavy water bottles, heavy books, anything that weighs 5-10lbs and is easily held)
- Small towel (For the sweat. You’ll need it!)
- Timer or Clock
