I am 37 years old and have been overweight for many years. I tried losing weight before but I could never stick to the plan for long enough, and I was going back to old way of eating and gaining even more weight. It is too hard, I don’t have the time, and it is too expensive, lots of excuses to change the eating habits. Before I joined the challenge I didn’t eat breakfast, and I drank lots of coffee to give me the energy to get through the day and pizza was the easy choice for dinner, late night dessert always as we watched the movies. I felt tired all day long, and just tired of being tired and not liking myself. Being pregnant with my son I gained 50 pounds, after my daughter I gained another 20 and never lost any weight. I love food and wine but it is time to change so I decided to join the 21 day challenge.
I started with the 21 day challenge in March 2017 and as I strictly followed the program I got amazing results getting me the second place in this challenge and a 6 month free membership.
I joined the program because of the structure, guidance, support, and motivation that offers and I could not do it alone. I originally signed up for 21 day challenge in 2016 with my friend Maja, but couldn’t participate since I was pregnant at that time. She got amazing results and encouraged me to do it this time.
I love this program and I am so excited to take this journey. I am more energized, happier and stronger person. Cravings are gone and it’s such a good and happy feeling to be able to take control of my life. I enjoy the workouts, they are always different and though, they make you sweat and breathe hard but also make you alive.
I don’t have any health conditions, however is important to me that my family leads a healthy lifestyle.
My friends and family are very supportive. They see that I am changing and how committed I am to this program.
Just do it. Go for it!! There is no other place like this. You will be happy that you made this decision.

Thanks to all the members who are so supportive and helpful and all of their stories are inspiring and give me the motivation to work hard and do the best I can. Keep going and feel awesome, dream big and live the dreams. I have a long road ahead and I am not stopping and hope to inspire others in the future.
